Sameer Al Ansari Sameer is a director of DICAM and has been the Chief Executive Officer of DIC since its formation in 2004. He has 20 years' experience as a finance and investment professional and has been associated with a number of multi-national companies in Europe and the Middle East including BDO, Ernst & Young, and Dubai Aluminium Company. Most recently, Sameer was Group Chief Financial Officer for The Executive Office of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Sameer is a board member of several companies locally and internationally including Dubai Media Inc., Tussauds Group and the Dubai International Financial Centre. Sameer received the Young Arab Leaders' Award from His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum for leadership in the financial sector. Sameer is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds an Honours BSc in Accounting and Financial Management and a Diploma in Industrial Studies from Loughborough University.
