Salem Rashid Al Noaimi Salem Rashid Al Noaimi, is a UAE national and CEO of Waha Leasing, a wholly owned subsidiary of Waha Capital. Salem who was born in Abu Dhabi, graduated from Boston's Northeastern University with a Bachelors Degree in Finance and International Business. He has successfully completed the first level of the CFA programme - the globally recognized standard for measuring the competence and integrity of financial analysts. Before joining Oasis Leasing, Salem worked in the investments department of the Dubai Islamic Bank. While at university he gained work experience with the UAE Central Bank, Abu Dhabi Fund and Kraft Foods.
