Mark Lemmon Mark, the Chief Executive Officer of the fund, was previously Deputy Chief Executive of HSBC's global Project and Export finance business, responsible for growing that business over recent years to its current pre-eminent position in infrastructure and energy finance. He has substantial experience leading business development and winning and executing financing mandates across transportation, social infrastructure, power, water and energy sectors throughout the Middle East and elsewhere. An investment banker of twenty five years standing, he is a chartered accountant and holds a masters degree in finance from the London School of Economics
